These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by More Clues LLC (“More Clues,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Certain features may have additional age requirements as disclosed in the app or on the App Store.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules (including Apple App Store terms).

Some Services may require an account or offer in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple or other platform providers. You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining accurate information. Purchases, refunds, and billing disputes are handled according to the applicable platform’s policies.

The Services, including all games, artwork, audio, software, trademarks, and content, are owned by More Clues or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

If the Services allow you to submit content (such as usernames or messages), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORE CLUES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Clues from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms the Services or other users. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Services.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
